Saffron Salmon is open Thursday through Tuesday and is closed on Wednesday. Our hours are:
Lunch: 11:30 am – 2:15 pm • Dinner: 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Saffron Salmon closes for part of November and reopens Thanksgiving week.

Located on the west end of Newport’s Historic Bayfront at the end of the first public pier next to the Coast Guard station.

Coming from the south on Hwy 101:
Cross the Yaquina Bay Bridge and take the first curving right and then a left turn, following signs to the Historic Bayfront and Coast Guard station. Turn right just past the Coast Guard station to continue down the hill to the Bayfront. We are located at the bottom of this hill, at the end of the first public pier on your right in a large metal building with a red roof.

Coming from the north on Hwy 101:
Head south on Highway 101. As you approach the Yaquina Bay Bridge, stay in the right lane. Follow the signs to the Historic Bayfront and the Coast Guard station, which will direct you to the left under the bridge and then take the first right. Just past the Coast Guard station, turn right to continue down the hill to the Bayfront. We are located at the bottom of this hill, at the end of the first public pier on your right in a large metal building with a red roof.
